Q. How can I participate in the AGnimble coffee auction?
1-To participate, you will need to Register Here
2-During registration, you'll need to agree to the terms and conditions and provide a method of payment. This step helps AGnimble verify your identity and ensures you understand their policies.
3-You will also need to apply to participate in specific auctions after creating an account after registration.
Q. What happens if I win a bid
If you win a bid after the auction concludes, you will be required to make a 10% deposit of the final bid price
Q. What are the shipping terms?
A. Shipping can be arranged with AGnimble after you win a bid, if you require this service. The shipping terms can be either FOB (Free on Board) or EXW (Ex Works), depending on the agreement reached with the supplier. These terms define where the seller's responsibility for the goods ends and when the buyer takes ownership and responsibility for transportation costs and risks.
How do I place bids
There are two ways to place bids on the AGnimble platform.
1-Manual Bid: This allows you to enter your desired price and the quantity of the lot you wish to bid on directly.
2-Auto Bid: This feature allows you to set a maximum price you are willing to pay for a specific lot. The system will then automatically bid on your behalf in pre-defined increments (e.g., a percentage increase) whenever you are outbid, until your specified maximum price is reached.
Q. Does the final price I bid include shipping costs?
No, the final price you bid and win does not include shipping costs. This is a separate service that AGnimble can provide if needed.
Q. What happens after I pay the deposit?
After you pay the 10% deposit, AGnimble or the seller will contact you to finalize the transaction, including the remaining payment for the coffee and arrangements for shipping if you are using AGnimble's shipping service.
